Our Charter Information
- Purpose of This Charter
This Charter explains the minimum standards required of all businesses listed within the Sync Directory Network.
It is published to help customers understand the expectations placed on listed providers and the framework used to assess eligibility for inclusion in the directory.
- Directory Standards Overview
All businesses listed in the Sync Directory are expected to meet the following minimum standards:
- Hold valid and appropriate Public Liability Insurance at all times.
- Operate in compliance with all applicable UK laws and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain relevant training, certification, and competence for the services they provide.
- Conduct their work in a professional, ethical, and responsible manner.
- Maintain appropriate Health & Safety procedures, including the use of PPE where required.
- Handle all waste and materials in accordance with legal and environmental requirements.
- Training and Competency
Listed businesses are required to complete approved industry-specific training relevant to their services, including where applicable biohazard handling and safety procedures.
Businesses are expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge and competency appropriate to their work.
- Professional Conduct Expectations
Businesses listed in the directory are expected to:
- Provide services honestly and within their stated capability;
- Treat customers and the public with respect, professionalism, and discretion;
- Avoid misleading claims or misrepresentation of services or qualifications;
- Maintain standards of behaviour that do not bring the directory into disrepute.
- Environmental and Legal Compliance
Listed businesses are expected to:
- Dispose of waste and materials legally and responsibly;
- Comply with environmental protection requirements;
- Follow all relevant Health & Safety legislation applicable to their work.
- Directory Integrity and Listings
Inclusion in the Sync Directory is conditional upon businesses meeting the above standards.
Listings may be suspended or removed if a business:
- Fails to meet minimum requirements;
- Is found to be in breach of legal or regulatory obligations;
- Engages in conduct that undermines public trust or safety.

- Businesses listed in this directory operate independently and are not employed, managed, or controlled by Sync Training Solutions.
- Sync Training Solutions does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any services provided by listed businesses.
- Customers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any business listed in the directory.
- Any agreement for services is made directly between the customer and the individual business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sync Training Solutions accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, dispute, or issue arising from services provided by listed businesses.
